BEN ALOIA RECOGNIZED BY ICLE AS ONE OF “MICHIGAN’S BEST LAWYERS”

Ben Aloia was recently identified in a publication by Michigan ICLE as one of “Michigan’s Best Lawyers.” Ben formerly served as a featured speaker for ICLE’s Real Estate Homeward Bound Series on Site Condominiums and Land Divisions. He was the lead attorney on the published Michigan Court of Appeals’ decision of Peraino v Tuscany Grove, 311 Mich App 389 (2015) which drastically affected the way in which condominiums are governed, and spoke on this topic.
