Erron M. Boykin is a litigator who concentrates his practice on issues involving business disputes, real estate, banking, creditor’s rights, and other general litigation matters. He worked as a clerk for Aloia Law while attending law school and was hired immediately by Aloia Law as an associate attorney upon receiving his law license.
While in law school, Mr. Boykin worked as a federal judicial intern for the Hon. Marianne Battani of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Boykin also interned for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in its Division of Enforcement where he investigated publicly traded companies for possible violations of the federal securities laws and regulations. Continuing his work in securities law during law school, Mr. Boykin represented clients against broker-dealers and other financial services companies before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
