As a Partner with Aloia Law, Ralph Colasuonno brings over 25 years of litigation and transactional experience to the firm. Mr. Colasuonno represents businesses, receivers, financial institutions, contractors, and automotive suppliers with respect to complex commercial litigation and transactional documentation involving areas such as real estate, construction, business disputes, banking, and supply chain issues. He also represents families and individuals involved in probate litigation matters.

In addition, Mr. Colasuonno specializes in litigating commercial and industrial real property tax appeals at the Michigan Tax Tribunal with respect to those business owners who are seeking a reduction in their property taxes.

Mr. Colasuonno understands first-hand what it takes to get a matter across the finish line, yet he also recognizes the value of resolving complex disputes before they lead to trial so that his clients can save costs and get back to operating their business. As a state certified ICLE civil mediator, he is frequently appointed by attorneys and judges to resolve business disputes.

Mr. Colasuonno has been recognized by Michigan Super Lawyers for his expertise in business litigation in 2022 and 2023.
