Aaron M. Keyes is a Partner at Aloia Law, and concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, shareholder/membership disputes, and construction litigation. In addition, his real estate practice has involved representing lenders, municipalities, real estate developers, builders, commercial landlords, commercial tenants, and individuals in arms-length sales, foreclosures, leases, development issues, short sales, title disputes, and boundary disputes.

Mr. Keyes was the first associate hired by Aloia Law when it was founded in 2005. Since that time, he has remained dedicated to the firm, where he has developed his extensive commercial litigation practice, and is now a partner. In addition to achieving excellent results for his clients via motion practice in a wide variety of matters, Mr. Keyes has also successfully obtained favorable verdicts for his clients in both bench and jury trials. Mr. Keyes served as lead counsel in a Macomb County Circuit Court lawsuit where Aloia Law successfully obtained the dismissal of a $1 Million Dollar Breach of Contract claim filed against its client.

Mr. Keyes served as second chair in a jury trial in Macomb County Circuit Court which lasted over three (3) weeks in which Aloia Law successfully achieved a “no cause” jury verdict, in favor of its client, Macomb County, in defense of a $7 Million Dollar road injury case.

Mr. Keyes served as lead counsel in a Macomb County Circuit Court lawsuit where Aloia Law successfully obtained a judgment in the amount of $375,000.00 in favor of its client as well as the dismissal of a $375,000.00 counterclaim against its client in relation to the stock purchase of a corporation.

Mr. Keyes served as lead counsel in an Oakland County Circuit Court lawsuit where Aloia Law successfully obtained the dismissal of a $3.5 Million Dollar Member Oppression claim filed against its client.
