Nina Lotarski concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, domestic relations, banking litigation, creditor’s rights and other general litigation matters. Ms. Lotarski prides herself on being a bulldog in the courtroom and represents her clients with zeal. When she handles a case, Ms. Lotarski takes every advantage from conducting thorough discovery to arguing for the best interest of her client. Communication is important as well, and she is always upfront about what to expect during the litigation process.
While in law school, Ms. Lotarski served as an Associate Board Member for the University of Detroit Mercy Moot Court, participated in the National Trial Advocacy Competition, was named on the Dean’s List and received a Book Award for the highest grade in Trial Practice and in Property. As an undergraduate, Ms. Lotarski received two first place awards for writing: one for nonfiction short story and fiction short story.
A believer in community service, Ms. Lotarski served as a board member of the St. Thomas More Society where she organized charity events for women’s shelters, food banks and military outreach.
