Jeffrey M. Candela represents individuals, corporations, and municipalities in complex litigation and real estate transactions.

Mr. Candela also serves as assistant general counsel for the Macomb County Department of Roads, Macomb County Department of Public Works, and Macomb Township, handling real estate litigation and transactions, involving eminent domain, planning, zoning and development matters, right-of-way issues, easements, licenses, and title disputes. In addition, he is an integral part of the Aloia Law legal team assisting the City of Detroit in the land acquisition and condemnation for the expansion of the Coleman A. Young Airport.

Mr. Candela was named a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star Honoree for his expertise in Real Estate in 2022 and 2023.
