Erron Boykin concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, banking litigation, creditor’s rights, and other general litigation matters.
While in law school, in addition to being a law clerk for Aloia Law, Mr. Boykin was a federal judicial intern for the Hon. Marianne Battani of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Boykin also interned for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in its Division of Enforcement where he investigated publicly traded companies for possible violations of the federal securities laws and regulations. Continuing his work in securities law, Mr. Boykin represented clients against broker-dealers and other financial services companies before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
